Ive tried many, many image editors on iOS and this one is by far the most comprehensive. It is kept up to date and is relatively easy to use (most advanced image editors have a bit of a learning curve). I would highly recommend checking out the Video Tutorials (tap the ? in app) to get up to speed quickly.
